Book of scents / burn after reading Jan Hessels, 1989

With a special edition of Sightless Seeing #5: Black Box Sarah van Lamsweerde and Leroy de Böck invited the audience into the Theater Instituut Nederland (TIN) - Allard Pierson Collections. As an addition to the collection, Leroy and Sarah proposed a series of dance moves by the late Jan Hessels (1962 -1993) along with Jan’s scent as it was captured in the scented booklet Sightless Seeing #5: Jan Hessels, 1989 (2020).  During the symposium session ‘Archief van de Vluchtigheid’ – on 28th of February 2025, at the Universiteitstheater – it was announced that the booklet shall soon be included in the archive of the Allard Pierson Collections!
